Adventuring With Michelle

“That was her magic, she could still see the sunset, even on those darkest days.”

-Atticus

Today Michelle and I spent the last day of summer vacation together and it was honestly an A++ day! We spent time catching up at my house, had dinner at Chilis, and then watched the sunset at my favorite park in Denton. What I love most about today was that our adventure was not planned. We went to dinner then decided to take a walk at the park. We had no idea how beautiful God would paint the sky this evening!

Michelle and I have seen each other go through a lot of highs and lows over the past two+ years, and I’m so thankful God put her in my life when He did. Michelle came into my life during a really hard season, and it’s really cool to be on the other side of healing with her still there. She is a beautiful friend inside and out and I can probably write a novel about her, but instead I’ll save those bits for another day. 🙂

She is a big supporter of this blog, and she has inspired me in countless ways in my creativity and honesty in my writing and photos too.

Here are some of the moments of our time at my favorite park in Denton, TX!

I am not the most confident when it comes to my photo being taken, but little by little those soft smiles turn into small victories

My God, my extraordinary and wonderfully creative God, created this. Every sunset is special and I’m SO thankful I got to see this one!
